Hawaiian Monk Seal Conservation Hui
HMSConservation Hui is composed of volunteers who assist DLNR and NOAA, the state and federal agencies vested with endangered monk seal protection and conservation. Volunteers and staff work together to respond to protect seals resting on beaches all over Kauai daily, pup events, marine mammal strandings and education and outreach.Our vision is to promote community stewardship of the critically endangered monk seals on Kauai and care for the marine habitat.
